You might try a .swf as a logo that links out. I tried that once with a Snagit .swf. It had a picture of the presenter with chat now text. It linked to a chat site. But the .swf caused issues with the player. My guess is that if I didn't use Snagit and built it in Flash I'd be OK.

Christine - it should work in either Snagit or Flash. Do you by chance have the .swf or SnagIt file you used for hyperlinking?
