I cannot e-mail directly after publishing because it exceeds outlook limits (even when zipped). Some folks I work with do not have access to dropbox and I tried Hightail which is also not working. I assume you have to send the data and player folders along with the html in order to view. Please confirm.
My website is not FPT capable either to post it there. Help.
You are correct, and this article links to several possible testing platforms, including Amazon S3, Dropbox, and Google Drive. In addition, we've heard some good things about ReviewMyeLearning.com. Enjoy!

Thanks Sheri, and just let us know if you need anything else!
If you publish to "Articulate Online" for reviewers, can I lock who can access the course?

If you want to ensure that only specific users with accounts see the content, you can set the content to private and require learners to sign in, in order to view the course.

Thanks Paul - looks like you cross posted this on a few threads.
Yeah caught up with a few separate related threads all at once.
Sure Paul, no worries. Just be careful as sometimes that many posts in a row that are written very similarly can be flagged as spam and removed.
