How Do I Submit a Ticket?

I have a fairly technical issue having to do with the formatting of a Presenter '13 AU file (for AICC publishing). Do I submit that here, or do I open a ticket via the Articulate Support site?
FYI - I tried to submit a ticket via the Articulate "Submit a support ticket" link: (http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php#
However, I can't figure out how to submit the ticket. Once I fill out the requested info (name, email address, etc.), the only option available is "Start Your Free Trial." I already have a licensed copy of Presenter, so I don't need another free trial. I just want to submit a technical question. How do I do that?

Hi Bob. There should be an option directly below the math question called Next (a blue button) as shown on the attached screen capture.
Hi Bob! Looks like Stephanie has you covered here. Thanks for those screenshots
Hmmm. Not quite sure what's going on. I don't get a "Next" button on my computer. I had one of my coworkers try it, and he does see the button. Guess I'll submit from a different computer. Thanks for your help.
Interesting. Have you tried a different browser?
Just let me know when you get that case submitted and I'll be happy to follow along.
Just figured it out. I'm using IE 9, and my coworker is using IE 8. The "Next" button appears on 8, but not on 9. If I click on the "Compatability View" icon in the address bar, I can see the button. Might be worth looking into whether or not this is a universal problem with IE 9.
Thanks for the information Bob!
