Hello everyone,
My clients are using my Articulate Presenter (soon Storyline) training
on their LMS, but the training should not be taken after a certain date.
Ideally, I would like to give them a password or a key that would allow
the training to be accessible to them for a certain amount of time (ex. 6 months) and when that
time expires, give them/generate a new password/key for another period of
months.
Does Articulate Presenter or Storyline offer this kind of functionality?

Thanks Bruce. Yes, we want to limit the access the client has based on the license they purchase and/or renew. We want to make sure that the training is not used past a specific date without a new password that we will provide upon renewal.
I was hoping it was something I could control consistently through Articulate.
I sell similar training to many firms, each with its own LMS, so there are a lot of different LMS's involved.
We are exploring offering our training with a new pricing model in which each firm pays for 1 year access to the training, that it can renew -- rather than our current model of "we build the training for you once and you own it forever."

I would suggest taking a look at something like SCORM Cloud and see if it is something that meets your needs.
