In a separate PPP I have created the art backgrounds for slides in my lesson. When I select all, save as a picture, and insert the images into a new, final PP-Articulate file, the background image no longer fills the slide and alignment is off. Hence I need to resize to cover slide. There are several backgrounds, and when I do this to them, the alignment is off when advancing. Any suggestions?
I did just realize what might work - the backgrounds are similar - lets say one is a field and the other a field with a flower - I can right click, save them as images. Then when I import the first one as a picture, right click to Size and Postiion, scale to 100%, realign, and take note of the new Postion. Then for the second scale to 100% and copy the position.
I think this is an ppt issue when inserting a picture it is the right size (resolution) but power point resizes it, I think if you do rightclick on the image you want to swap powerpoint will resize the picture automatically and position it correctly,

Hi Colin,
Do you have the slide orientation set to Landscape and the Page Setup size set to on-screen size or 4:3 for both of the presentations?
Yeah, landscape 4:3.

Any other ideas are welcome!
Thanks, Colin

Thanks Phil!
That is a lot easier.
