How to change font and color default in Presenter 13

Aug 30, 2014

Greetings and thanks for the help! I am using Presenter 13. I need the default color scheme to be one that I created and the default fonts to be something other than Articulate (see attached example). Is there a way to change the defaults so I don't have to make the changes on every single interaction I create? Thanks.

Hi, Sheri: Seems like you are referring to Engage colors and fonts. Moving forward, create your color theme and set your font in Engage. You then will be able to select them whenever you build or edit another interaction.

Set fonts by going to

Interaction Properties > Colors & Effects

Create theme colors by going to

Colors > Create new theme colors all the way at the bottom

Hi Daniel ~ Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the possible confusion, I forget that when I'm in Presenter it opens Engage. I am using Engage. I have figured out how to create new theme colors and how to change the fonts and then go in and select them. BUT...the problem is I have 100 Engage interactions to create and each time I have to go change the defaults to the items I want. I'd like the defaults to change permanently so I can stop opening the properties to change it every time I start a new interaction.

Is it possible to change the way Engage Interactions default properties are set?

And, thanks for the totally clear answer on where to go to do things! Sheri
