When viewing an Articulate Presenter 13 presentation, I am unable to use my browser's zoom function to resize the page. (I have tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome.) This is something that I am able to do for presentations built in Presenter 09. Is there some kind of setting that I can turn on or off to allow for zooming to work? This is a very important feature to make sure our courses are accessible to users with visual impairments.
What method are you using for zooming in your web browser(s)?
I just published a quick test using Presenter '13 and Quizmaker '13 - I was able to scroll/zoom in and out using the CTRL+mouse scroll wheel in Google Chrome Version 35.0.1916.153 m.
If that's not working for you, it may have something to do with your player settings in the project.
If you click on "Player", followed by "Other" you can set your browser settings. The settings below are what I used for my test:
