How to end presenter output?

Mar 15, 2021

Hi,

I have converted a pre-existing powerpoint presentation into a SCORM file through the publish function of the Articulate plug-in. Everything works fine, but on the last slide, the player still shows a "next" button. Of course this button isn't working, as there is no next slide. Some test users got confused and thought their computer froze. Is there a way to change the settings so that on the last slide, the users have the option to "finish" the presentation, or to "exit"?

Thank you!

I don't think you can substitute a Finish button for the Next button, but you can remove the Next button on any screen, including the last one. Just open "Slide Properties" in the Articulate ribbon. Go to the last slide in the list, highlight it, then look to the panel to the right. You'll see checkboxes under branching for the PREV and NEXT buttons. Just untick the NEXT button and you're set.
