In Presenter 360, how can I ensure learners watch a web video before clicking 'Next'? I've tried adjusting the slide properties, player properties, inserting the video as a web video and as a web object, but nothing seems to work. I also haven't found any videos that explain this question. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated! :)

Good question! This can be tricky since triggers are not supported in Studio.
