I have installed the Characterbubdle1 package following instructions, but I can't get them to show together with the original characters. What am I doing wrong?
Hey Tommaso- When you go to your Photographic Characters in Presenter, how many characters do you see? If you see more than one character option available there, then your character bundle was successfully installed. Let me know!

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue. If you have followed these steps to install the character pack and are still not seeing the characters, it would be best to get in touch with our Support Engineers here so they can investigate further.
