In articulate 9 we have an option called Hide in Navigational panel by right clicking on navigation title and we can hide the slide which we don't want to show them in menu after publishing. Where is that option in Articulate presenter 13 ver. Please help me with this.
Want to hide a slide title from the menu? Just select the slide title in the menu, and click the Remove from menu button (the eye icon) below the menu. Hidden slide titles become italicized here in the menu editor, so it's easy to see at a glance which slides have been hidden. Slides you hide in the menu will still be part of your course; their titles just won't appear in the menu.
Tip: If you hide a slide that has indented slides below it, Presenter will also hide the indented slides.

Did you look at changing the file name and path of that item to remove the + symbol from it? You'll see the information here in terms of not having characters or symbols in your file names or path as it's known to cause issues.
Could anyone tell me how to switch of the result page so that the result should not show up in the module. since I am developing a just learning module result page and grading not at all needed. please find the attached and also let me know how to remove finish button below.
If you are using the results slide as a part of your tracking to an LMS, you'll need to keep the slide in the course and the user will need to visit it to have the results submitted. You can look at hiding all the elements on the slide so that the user doesn't see them and you'll want to use the "eye icon" in the timeline to do so. You can also choose to remove the submit button from the one slide from the slide layer properties.
I am using Articulate presenter, not a story line and I am developing a training module which is module 3 and the other 2 modules also having freeform drag and drop quiz and if user dropping wrong answers and after submitting the button it is asking for retry or next if we click next button it is automatically showing correct answers in green which I am not able to locate in articulate presenter can some one give me the reason why?
Thank you for the response Leslie, we sorted out this issue with other options so it's no longer required any help, but now we have another issue like "There have been many cases where users are completing the course but the content is passing status of Unsuccessful to the LMS, therefore preventing users from receiving overall credit for the requirement. Can you please tell me why it would pass Unsuccessful.
Is this an issue you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS?
To report both completion status and success status to an LMS, select either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed as the reporting option when publishing your Articulate Storyline content. See this article for more information.
Hey Nivas - Sorry about that! Total oversight on my part. Sometimes I just get Storyline on the brain because that's where most of our volume lies with support and assistance.

Hi Nivas!
I have seen this issue reported before (such as here), but it was a viewing compatibility issue.
Please be sure that you are viewing the content in a supported environment as explained here.
Thank you! yes your are correct, its is working fine with google browser, earlier I have used IE 11.
Ah, so you were trying to view the HTML5 content in IE11 perhaps? Thanks for popping in with an update.

Hi Nivas!
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?

Hello Leslie,
According to the article your provided it is saying
This article applies to: Storyline 2
But the version we are using is Articulate Studio 13 (Presenter), the same applied to this also. Please clarify.
Hey Nivas - Sorry about that! Total oversight on my part. Sometimes I just get Storyline on the brain because that's where most of our volume lies with support and assistance.
Here is the information you were looking for with Presenter '13 - because yes, we have a similar article for that :)
Hope that helps and again, sorry for my quick hand.
Hi Nivas,
Here is the article for Studio '13, but you'll see it's similar information.
Have you looked at testing it in SCORM Cloud as well?
