How to make caricatures?

The "caricatures" of Tom, Dave, and Jeannette are really nice. Can you share how you made these? Just curious...If its an easy way to do, then I would like to do one for myself...

Hi Payal!
Our caricatures were illustrated by a professional designer. You can find a lot of illustrators--priced reasonably--on iStockPhoto.com. Search the illustration section and find styles you like. Many designers will offer services like avatar creation.
I'm sure some other folks here will have some more ideas for avatar design.
Thanks Dave...How have you been. I have not been active on the forums lately...But I must congratulate the team for creating such a nice "e-learning Heroes" platform. Simply love it. I must say that Articulate keeps setting its own higher standards and needless to say it beats those standards really well... Your company is one of a kind...

FotoSketecher might suite your needs.
