Hello, we are having some problems removing the logo from the top left of the player. We have deleted all logos from the presentation options, and have unchecked the 'Logo Panel' option in player templates, however this is not working when we publish through. Any suggestions?
try saving the updated player template as a new template. then in the publish window, just double check that you are using the updated template. And double check that you have the Logo field in the publish window to (none selected).
I do this on and off without realizing it sometimes. I'll just go to publish, and forget to choose the updated template for publishing. So it sucks in the old one.
Occasionally, caching can cause issues with logos remaining where you don't want them. Try publishing it first to a random template, then publishing again with your custom template. You can also try publishing to a completely different folder to see if that solves the problem.
On top of what Peter mentioned, it might be helpful to create a new folder on your Desktop and then publish your presentation to that new folder. This will essentially workaround any "caching" issues because your browser will see this as completely new content.

Hey David,
Occasionally, caching can cause issues with logos remaining where you don't want them. Try publishing it first to a random template, then publishing again with your custom template. You can also try publishing to a completely different folder to see if that solves the problem.
Hope that's helpful and does the job!
