How to show full size (height) flash video in the presenter panel?

Hi,

I am trying to replicate the presenter panel as shown in an example course on the Articulate Showcase page - http://www.articulate.com/community/showcase/?page_id=166

This presentation includes a full height flash video of the presenter.

When I insert my video I only get a small version of the video in the top panel and having seen this example I would like to know how I can change my template to include full height video.
