HTML 5 Playback Issues

I'm having a heck of a time getting an Articulate 13 presentation to play on mobile devices. The client's LMS (JoomlaLMS) doesn't currently support the Tin Can API so per their instructions, published the course as HTML 5 SCORM 1.2 compliant. It played as expected on desktop , laptop, and iPhone, but not on iPad nor Android devices. I republished, deselecting the Articulate Player plugin and had the course reposted to the LMS. Now the course plays on an iPad, but has dropped the audio for iPhone playback. While playback on smartphones is less important, I'm perplexed why it plays on one device and not the other.
Any advice?

Hi Eric!
Is the phone toggled to vibrate mode? This will prevent the audio from playing as expected when the sounds are muted.
Hi, Eric -- Thanks for reaching out, and so sorry to hear of your difficulties! In addition to the info Leslie has shared, just so you have it handy, here is our info on Publishing Presenter '13 on Mobile Devices, as well as our System Requirements sheet.
