html5 bugs

Nov 28, 2013

Not sure if there is a specific place to report bugs found but my company is developing some courses which we are planning to publish using just the html5 format. We know that there are some limitations to the recordings in html5 but think we have found at least one bug.

In the html5 player, the resource list is in white text whereas in the html version the text is black (which is what we want). We can see no way of altering this at all unless someone out there knows?

Another issue is sound, I have a samsung galaxy (android 4.2) and when playing there is no sound at all.

Would appreciate some help on this.

Thanks

Regarding the issues on your Samsung Galaxy: Android is not officially supported yet with Presenter's HTML5 output, see here for system requirements for viewing content: http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-13/system-requirements-for-articulate-studio-13. Some features do work on Android while others, incl. audio and video playback are quite unreliable, depending on the device you use.
