We are using Articulate
Presenter 13 and published HTML5 output from the PPTs and delivered to our
client during May/June 2014. At that time, HTML5 output audio plays fine in
both Mozilla Firefox and Chrome browsers. But now, the same HTML5 output
audio is not playing in Google chrome browser version 36.
Since we had already published more than 1000 PPT files using Articulate
Presenter 13 version 7.2.1402.2817, it is very difficult for us to republish
these PPT files again using the latest version 7.3.1407.1717. Is there any way
to modify the output files of already published HTML5 output to support Chrome
version 36+?

Looks like you are already where of our support article on this. I am not aware of an updater for your previously published files, but will update if I learn of one.
I'm sorry Venkatasubrama, but this is not something that I have any insight into. I do believe that the bug is general in relationship to audio in HTML5 and this is what they are looking into.

Just to update, this has been reported to Google and they are looking into the bug.

Google Chrome has still not released update. Any update when they (google) will release the update to support HTML5 audio in chrome browser?
