Hyperlink issue.

HI, 

Can some one pls assist me to solve this issue, 

hyper-linking to an html page : I need to make that linked html page to open as a pop up , or If i can control the size of  window which opens when the hyper link is clicked on.

I tried using Engage , but i have around 150 pop up or linked page .

Can some one suggest a better idea that can be use with Articulate.

Any guidance would be great.
