I have a hyperlink on one of my slides that, when learners click on it, brings up a page with a 404 error. There is a # sign in the URL that is missing from the page with the error. I've tried using the same link in Storyline and it goes to the appropriate web page, but for some reason in Studio it changes the URL once it's published and on the web. Any ideas why this is happening?
Our team is aware of an issue in Presenter '13 where URLs that have a # included in them have that stripped out upon publish. I don't currently have a workaround to offer but I'll share this thread with our QA team so that they're aware another user is impacted by the behavior and so that when there are updates to share I'll be able to post here.
Thanks for your response! Actually, there is a workaround. If you put the URL in the Resources, it publishes properly with the # included. Not sure why it would work there and not on the slide, but it does.

Thanks Deborah for sharing that here - and I'm happy to hear that worked. I'll share the info with our team as well.
