I have built a course using Presenter 09. Slide 2 contains a picture with a hyperlink to a website. When testing, the hyperlin works. I publish the file to my c:// drive and the hyperlink works. When I transfer the output contents to a share drive, the hyperlink does not work. I mouse over the picture and see the hand, but nothing happens when you click on it.
The picture is a single picture, not a grouped image.
You mention that you are transferring the contents. Be sure that you are following the supported methods here for publishing. Is the website protected by security, something on your network?
Hi Leslie, I am publishing for web to my c:// drive. I then copy the entire output folder to a share drive. Nothing happens when I click on the photo containing the hyperlink. The hyperlink is in a single photograph (not something grouped).
If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To test your content and share it with others, you'll need to upload it to the environment for which it was published. Here's how.

Hi Doreen!
Are you accessing the content as your learner would? You want to make sure that you are not trying to access it locally.
I am accessing it locally as a participant would.
