Usually when you change text to a hyperlink, storyline changes it to blue.
A couple of things that you can check: Make sure that you set the text in the hyperlink to black. Then select States type next to the Timeline Tab and check to see if you have any additional states where the text might be white.
Can you tell me the Articulate Studio 13 path of where to set the hyperlink color to black? I don't recognize "Make sure that you set the text in the hyperlink to black. Then select States type next to the Timeline Tab and check to see if you have any additional states where the text might be white." location?
Sorry, I was thinking Storyline 2 when I replied to you. I'm not familiar with Articulate Studio 13. Hopefully one of the support people will chime in and give you a hand.
When you add a hyperlink, the text color changes and an underline appears. Also, when learners hover over the hyperlink in your published interaction, a text highlight appears in a color that matches the hyperlink color.
The hyperlink color comes from the theme colors for your interaction. Here's how to modify it:
Go to the first tab on the ribbon, and click Colors.
The theme colors you're currently using will be highlighted in orange. If you're using a Custom theme, right-click it and choose Edit. If you're using a Built-In theme, choose Create New Theme Colors (since the built-in colors can't be edited).
When the color editor opens, change the Hyperlink color to the color of your choice. To learn more about editing colors, see this tutorial.
Click OK to return to your interaction. (If you're creating new theme colors, enter a Name for the new theme when you're prompted.)
Can you help me figure out how to change the regular PPT hyperlink color in the text box? When I right click on the grey area I get lost from there on how to make my text black and have it normal blue hyperlinks.

Leslie,
Your Engage hyperlink tutorial is amazing.
Can you help me figure out how to change the regular PPT hyperlink color in the text box? When I right click on the grey area I get lost from there on how to make my text black and have it normal blue hyperlinks.
Well, sorry about that. Not sure how I dropped all that Engage information when you needed Presenter.
You can still do this in Presenter:
Design Tab > Colors (under variant section) > Customize Colors > Hyperlink
Leslie,
I was able to fix my hyperlink custom colors. Thank you Leslie!
Dave, can't tell you how many times I've done that, myself. ;)
Ha! It's easy to do. I'm just glad Amber got the assistance she needed.
