Help me out if you can - I'm super frustrated. I'm created a few courses in articulate and never had trouble hyperlinking to a screen with an Engage interaction. However, now I'm trying to hyperlink to an Engage interaction and after publishing the course and trying the hyperlink, nothing happens. I have no idea why.
How are you linking to your Engage course? Is it as a webpage or as an existing file. See if this article helps. Also, be sure to test your content in its intended environment: Web server, LMS, Articulate Online, or CD. If you're testing your content locally, publish for CD.
We built the interactions within the Engage add-on to PPT. I'm simply hiyperlinking to other slides within the same PPT. I've had success hyperlinking to other slides while still locking the course, but for some reason its not working with this presentation.
Can you send us the project files so we can take a look at what's going on? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
