Hyperlinks and Menu Items

Sep 07, 2021

I am trying Presenter 360 for the first time.  I am trying to use PowerPoint hyperlinks and slide branching to create a progress question.

There is a question and three hyperlinks on the question page.  Two are incorrect and lead to a "sorry, that's incorrect slide and then review of the content.  After the review it branches back to the question for another try.

The third hyperlink is the correct answer and leads to the "good job!" slide and the rest of the course.

I am trying to hide the "Sorry," review, and "good job" slides from the menu by deleting the headers for those slides in the menu properties.  Unfortunately, this means the hyperlinks on the question slide don't work.

If anybody knows a way around this restriction, please reply!  Answers are very much appreciated!

Hi Rick!

I'm happy to help! It sounds like you're creating in Presenter 360 and have included hyperlinks to direct the learner to the next slide. It isn't easy to pinpoint the fix without seeing the project. Would you mind sharing the Articulate Package with us so we can offer a specific solution? You can attach it to this public discussion or upload it privately in a support case.
