I've been creating training which is published to our LMS using Articulate Studio '09. Recently I've noticed that hyperlinks to network folders, which worked ok when i originally published and tested them, now do not launch when the content is viewed in the LMS. I've checked all my system settings and other users have same issue. The LMS folks say nothing has changed with their platform to prevent hyperlinks working to network locations, so i am a little stuck. Hyperlinks to web-sites (internet & intranet) work just fine, it's only the network locations that do nothing when clicked. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any suggestions? I really don't want to have to go back and re-edit all my training material and re-publish when it worked just fine up to a month or so ago.

Since Presenter 09 hasn't been updated since early 2014, I doubt it's something that changed within the Presenter files or set up itself, so I'd encourage you to look at the files, network locations and syncing and just to rule out the LMS you could also upload one of those courses in a site such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing your LMS content. You can read through some testing steps here to help you with uploading to SCORM Cloud.
