As all the images and text appered perfect in the PPT version, after i publised that into Scorm pack using presenter 09. The output will be like the images will overlap the text on may slides.

Hi there, Suresh. That certainly doesn't look right. When you are viewing the published SCORM output, how are you doing so? Is it loaded into SCORM Cloud or onto your LMS, perhaps? What browser are you using to view it?
If you view a published Articulate Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
