Image/Video Quality

Howdy
Publishing a number of sessions today and we are noticing a distinct drop in quality in our mp4 videos and some of the graphics. Both seem to appear much grainier than the original file - haven't played around with resizing them and have set Publishing Quality at highest levels...
The output is ok just not as sharp as the original - any ideas?

Hi Simon,
I have been digging the matter of image quality lately and have found out that to have the best image quality, avoid scaling and keep image at its original dimension. Also, in the player setting, change the player size to "Lock player at optimal size". This will re-size the player to display image at its original dimension. Although you will get a scroll panel if the image dimension is larger than your monitor resolution.
I assume that the same applies to the video as well.

Hi Simon! What version of MS Office are you using? I know that this has been reported for users of PPT 2007 with Studio '13, otherwise, Cheng has some good suggestions as well
