Images Disappearing After Publish

I have been creating a course for one of my clients and am a bit flummoxed by one of my slides. Each time after I publish (Presenter 5, PPT 2007, Windows XP SP3), several images and their respective animations disappear from the slide. I have tried recreating the slide from scratch a number of times (create new slide, bring in .png image files with transparency, and then re-animate the slide). Each time I publish or even preview the slide, some of the images disappear. I don't see a consistent pattern as to which images are disappearing.
Anyone experience this before? Is it possible that one or more of my images are corrupt and causing this?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks! Kraig

Hi Kraig & welcome to Heroes,
I'd first start with repairing your installation of Office. If that doesn't resolve your issue after restarting your machine, please publish your project files to zip on your local computer, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review a short video on how to do this here:
http://www.articulate.com/support/cases/publish_project_files_overview.swf
1) Go to Articulate -> Publish -> PROJECT FILES -> Publish (specify a location on your computer where you'd like the zip file to be created).
2) UNCHECK the option to include .WAV files.
3) Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
http://upload.articulate.com/
In the description please include the number(s) of the slides that contain your particular issue(s). Please be as detailed as possible with your description.
We will attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload.
I'm having a similar issue. I tried your solution, but still my images are appearing clipped from right side. Not sure what could be the problem and how should I resolve this!
Hi Adity,
Do you mind submitting a support case to us so that we can take a closer look at the issue?

I found out that something was wrong with one of my slide masters that seemed to be causing the problem (corrupt image?). I deleted and recreated the slide master and that solved the problem.
Sorry for getting back late.
I got to know what was causing the issue. I was copying and pasting the pictures directly from Fireworks (both PNG and JPEG) to the PPT slides. Once I started importing the images directly from the powerpoint using the insert option, it resolved the issue for me.
Thanks again for offering your assistance!
