I downloaded the 30 day free trial of Articulate Pro 09 to get a feel for the program before our Research Team makes the commitment to buy.
After creating a Test Powerpoint, and inserting an image into the presentation I wanted to test my presentation to see if it worked. Upon publishing it, the images I inserted Did not load.
If you are experiencing unexpected issues using Articulate software, here are some tips for managing your files which can help prevent issues.
1. Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
3. Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.
And if you continue to experience issues, please don't hesitate to contact our award-winning customer support team. They'll be happy to work with you to pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution. You can do that here:
