Hi Julie,

There are several troubleshooting steps in that article including checking the files on the network drive.  Can you review the article again?  Depending upon the version of Windows you have installed, you will need to uninstall / reinstall the Flash Player, check the version of the .NET Framework that you have installed, completely uninstall and reinstall Office, and more.
