Imbedding a Screenr Video into an Articulate Presentation

Jun 24, 2013

Hello

I am trying to imbed a screenr video into a presentation that I have within presenter 09.  It is working fine however, I would like all of the navigation tools to show up when an end user is watching the video.  (Pause, Stop Start, etc) I noticed in your forum all of Screenr video's have the navigation tools but mine do not.  I am imbedding my video by using the flash movie option into a power point.  Please let me know if there are different ways to imbed the video in order to ensure the navigation elements are present for end users to see and use.

Thanks

Michelle

Thank you, I was able to almost get this to work the way I would like for it to look.  The only issue is that it is showing the complete screenr page not just the video itself.  (attached picture).  I was struggling at first to get the url to work so it maybe the actual url that I am using.  Please let me know what will allow me to only have the video embedded into my power point and not the entire screenr page.

Yes, I tried the exact web address that you gave me above  with a video id link from a screencast that I created.   That is where I had issues, it was stating that I did not have a screen cast to view (I tried 2 different screen casts just in case).  So that is when I embedded a different link (obviously that is where my issue lies)  bda.viewscreencases.com/video_id.

So I guess my bigger issue is that when I use the link that you gave me above when I test the link it does not send me to a video but states that I do not have a video to view.  I actually tried a 3 digit video id and the complete id link (long link with a bunch of letters and numbers)

Yes it does and I apologize.  I did not realize that you had a Screenr Business Account.  You actually obtain the Embed Code from your browser.  It will be a link to the right of your Screenr.  We do not actually support this in our forums here though, so should you need further help please use this link.  Sorry for the confusion!
