I'm half way through adding audio files in my Presenter course, and noticed that the "Import Audio" dialog box doesn't appear correctly and my imported audio files also don't play back correctly.
Attaching a screenshot of the error, would be great if someone could provide their thoughts.
Have you tried the steps here yet? If so, with no luck, it sounds like your best move at this point would be to contact our support team. Also, please include a Presenter Package in the case. If you can, please share the case number with me (you're welcome to do so here, or in a private message).
I followed the steps that you'd suggested, but unfortunately it didn't work. So I have submitted a case on the Articulate web site, here are the case details: 00315389. I have also submitted a Presenter Package of my elearning training, so your support team could take a look at it.
Just wanted to check in with you about this issue. I took a look at the case this morning and it sounds like the problem was resolved by restarting the machine. Just want to confirm with you that everything's working for you now.
I've found this happen if I have two instances of PPT running, but only one is showing in the task bar. Before restating, I exit the one I can see, then use the Task Manager to search for other instances of PowerPoint.exe and end the process. that usually fixes it.
