Our company recently upgraded to Office 2016. I have designed and developed a wbt in Articulate 13 and was able to use Engage, Quizmaker, Publish and Characters without any issues.
Today I'm trying to Import audio and when I click the button, nothing happens. The powerpoint freezes and I am totally unable to import audio.
Has anyone had this issue and, if so, how did you resolve it?

Sorry that's happening, Terry! I can help you figure this out.
First, be sure you're working from your local hard drive. Then when you import audio, are you using the Import Audio button on the Articulate tab?
If you're still getting stuck, try this simple repair, and let me know if that gets you up and running again.
