I've created a course and on one slide I would like a video to play. It plays when I click it prior to publishing in powerpoint but is just a black blank screen once published - any tips greatly appreciated.
I am saving the video as FLV (tried MP4 but I couldnt play it) I thought that articulate would automatically place the video in the output folder. If not I don't know how to do that

How are you viewing your published content? Locally or from a web server? Also, what is the format of the video?

I am viewing it from my desktop. When published I get asked to view presentation so I check it before uploading

When previewing that slide that has the video, does it play then as well?

No it is just a blackbox. It doesnt even have the "play" button"
