I have a question regarding Storyline and Presenter. I would like to build individual interactions based on object states in Storyline and I would like to use these interactions in Presenter. There are some reasons unrelated to the question, why I need to have the entire course in Presenter 360 and not in Storyline. Still, I would like to make use of the object state functionality in Storyline - but definitely inside of the powerpoint document. Is there a way to pull this off?

It sounds like you would like to take advantage of the functionality of Storyline 360, so I am curious about the need to use Presenter 360. Perhaps if we understand your needs a bit better, we can make some suggestions.
