"In Progress" Message

We are having more and more learners getting an "In Progress" when completing modules built in Articulate 09. The modules can be slide view only or based on a quiz - no matter. We believe users are doing everything correctly when completing/closing materials. We cannot replicate the issue on our end - it seems the users that have the issue may have newer versions of windows and or IE. Anyone have any info - many thanks in advance!!!

We had a tracking issue in the past related to IE 11, but was corrected in Studio '09 Update 10. Are you currently running the latest update to your software?
