Incorrect total time display in Presenter

Hello e-learning Heroes! 

We are having some unexpected (again!) problems that I am hoping someone else has expected and found a solution for it.

The total time in the training display on the top of the player does't display correctly. We have tried on two computers. In the past, we were able to publish the time correctly for the same training on of these computers. Since then, nothing has changed with the computer except that we installed updated Package...

Interestingly, when we publish the same training on one computer the time is different than on the other computer, but still both are not correct. 

We have tried uninstalling Office, Presenter and nothing helped.  If that is a "computer" problem, I would love to find out what components we may be missing...

Yes, we reported a ticket for it already, but solution is not available yet and the deadline is approaching fast.

Please throw some ideas....

Hi Hanna,

I don't see a Support case about this issue for you, but if you could send me the case number I can check in on it as well. 

In the meantime, have you checked within your Player controls to see if the time is updating there as well? I'd be curious if you have set the timing manually or you're letting Presenter decide.

I really don't know what to do about this problem and it just start happening randomly. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. If you think that this is a computer related problem, even though we have the same issue on two different computers, I am fine with trying on one more computer. I could try it on another old computer that we have published a lot of trainings in the past, but I don't have a licence on it anymore. Do you have temporary Keys that we could use to test it?
