However, when I got the converted files back, the folder only has javascript, php, and html files. I stuck a plain index.html file in there, and still nothing. How do I properly create an index.html file that is recognizable by Articulate Presenter '13?

Hi Anna,

Sorry to hear about the odd behavior you've run into, but modifications to the published output files are not something that our team can offer support for - so we'll have to defer to the community for further expertise.

If you figure it out, please definitely let us know here in case someone else runs across a similar situation and could use the solution!
