Insert ICON gives an error message Sep 25, 2019 By Margaret Paramore Hi there, does anyone know why I can't insert an ICON into a Presenter 360 file? I choose the icon and then when I say INSERT, I get an error message We're sorry something went wrong with Art.Presenter and it might close. You can help us fix this bug by sending information on what went wrong. I've sent the info and tried again (and again and again) and it still happens. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated. I wanted to mention that sending the error report generates information for our product team to help them investigate potential bugs. A few approaches and questions to help us explore further: Is this happening with multiple Presenter files? If so, a simple Studio 360 repair should do the trick! Can I confirm that you're working on a local hard drive? Working on a shared drive can cause such behavior, so I always like to rule that out as the culprit!
