Can you help me? really new at this - I have created several topics as discreet files . and i want to import or insert all the files to make one module - i have tried to use the powerpoint ribbon Home tab selected reuse slides and insert all slides with the format box ticked - it works ok for all my text and transitions - but any slides which contain Engage Interaction do not work groan - hope i don't have to recreate all the files - there are loads!
If you open both presentations you should be able to copy and paste the slides including the engage interactions, you really need them both open to do this effectively. As long as the engage files have not been moved then they should link automatically
thanks for your prompt reply - I have tried that - I tried copy paste, i tried to duplicate a slide also I have tried drag and drop
the slide looks as if it has copied but when i preview it - it won't work, the slide looks like it has imported but when i i try to preview - it doesn't play
i can't belive there is no option to import or insert existing files!

If it is an engage will it play in the source file, if not it has been moved and you need to find its current location.
You can import engage files by pressing the engage button and choosing inserting exisiting.
If it is a ppt slide what doesnt work, is it the audio as everything else is just a ppt
Thanks Phil looks like my engage files had been deleted (user error no doubt!) I've managed to achieve what i needed
