I have inserted a couple of Camtasia-generated MP4 files into my presentation. Both of them sound awful (bad distortion of the narrator's voice), and the last few seconds of audio are repeated on both, so it goes "Let's look at this in more detail look at this in more detail." I am mystified. The MP4s play just fine outside of Articulate. What's wrong?
Is it with any other MP4s you've inserted or just these Camtasia specific ones? Have you looked to confirm that you're working on project files as described here? Are you hearing this audio behavior when testing in the published output or previewing? If published, you'll want to confirm that you're viewing as described here.
If you're still having difficulty could you share one of the problematic MP4s here?

Thanks Ashley. I have been checking my work into a network drive. Old habit.
Just creating a new slide and embedding the mp4 into that has solved the problem, so all is well.
Thanks for responding. :)
Awesome JJ - thanks for the update, and glad you'll be able to utilize the local version going forward.
