Inserting a Raptivity Interaction into Articulate

Dec 14, 2011

Hi Folks,

Probably a stupid question but I am looking to insert a raptivity interaction into a set of slides and publish using articulate, then publish to our LMS. I created the swf file and tried to upload to the PP - it says its uploading but its taking forever?

Is this possible to do?

Your help would be great,

Cheers,

Rob

I use Raptivity & Articulate regularly and never had that issue.

I normally use the below mentioned process

1.Articulate -> Flash Movies.
2. Select the Raptivity output
3. Under 'How do you want this movie to display?' -->Display in slide
4. Under How should this movie behave? ->>
Advance to the next slide: ->Automatically when movie finishes
Synchronization: ->Movie plays independently of slide
5. Save & Publish as SCORM 1.2
6. Upload the SCORM package to the LMS.

Hi,

I was trying to insert a raptivity interaction aswell and the comment of Peter helped me a lot

Later however, I realized that I had another problem. The raptivity interaction played correctly in the Articulate pub from my hard drive but not from the web server. After going through the forum here, I tried IE and Chrome and someone elses Firefox and there it worked for all of these. So I thought maybe its really the Firefox version, I installed FF 8, 14 and 18, tried all of them and had the same problem everywhere on my computer.

So

- the Firefox version was not the problem but .... (hours later)

- after I set Firefox to unblock pop-ups it worked for me.

Hope this will help future raptivity-inserters :)

Cheers,

Nicole
