Inserting Captivate 5 sim as a web object

Hi
I have inserted a Captivate 5.5 sim into my course as a web object. Followed all the steps in the KB article and it plays ok.
Can you tell me how I handle the Insert Web Object settings and do these settings override or complement the settings in the index.html that you need to create - which I understand says the max side for Articulate is 720x540?
I have the display in New Browser Windoew
Browser Controls = All
WIndow SIzes I have tried are Default, Fullscreen, 1024x768, 990x650, 800x600.
When these are published they all look exactly the same.
My client wants the learner to be able to maximise the simulation to their browser screen.
Can anybody help me with this.
Many thanks
Wendy

Hi wendy,
Would you like to send us your files so we can take a closer look? If so, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. Thanks!
Hi Wendy.
I would consider not having your web objects open in a new window. The reason is that if someone has pop up blockers enabled, they might never realize that there is a web object on a particular slide. You can insert the Captivate into your presentation and then adjust the presentation so that it fills the screen under Player Templates -> Other. I am personally not that familiar with Captivate but if Captivate does have window size settings, you could host the Captivate movie independently of your presentation and simply add a hyperlink in your presentation to the Captivate video.
Morning Peter and Justin
thankyou for the replies.
Peter - I have upoloaded the package to Articulate support
Justin - The course is using a slide only layout and the client specifically wants the Captivate Sim to open in a new browser window that is a. either at full screen when it displays, or b. that the user can maximise to full screen.
I have tried a combination of the options below but am not sure if I am confusing things.
Do the Player Templates Browser Window Settings override the Web Object settings. Do the Web Object settings override the index.html that needs to be created to insert the Captivate Sim as a Web Object?
Can you confirm what the player options should be for the following Browser Windows Settings bearing in mind the layout is SLIDE ONLY and the client wants the Captivate Sim to launch in a separate window at the learners full screen (regardless of their screen size).

Really appreciate your help with this.
Many thanks

Hey Wendy,
Did you receive a case number when you uploaded it so I can keep an eye on it? Thanks!
Wendy, can you give a link to the KB article you refer to in the first post? I'd like to take a look and haven't been able to find what you are referring to.

HI Wendy,
I have this exact same problem. Creating web objects for simulations have limited their size.
Please do share any solution that you come across.
Thanks,
Roshni
Hi Wendy,
I was able to increase the size of the simulation by increasing the size specifications in the web object by editing in note pad. You can make it as big as you want. Please try it. Worked for me!
Cheers!
