Has anyone had any issue with installlicense.exe.stop working error messages when installing Articulate 09 Studio? OS is Windows 7 with Microsoft 2010. Have tried everything bu a magic wand/.

Sorry to hear that you've run into this issue. There's a couple of things that are known to cause this issue while installing Studio 09.
If you're using Comodo Internet Security, take a look at this support article and follow the steps to resolve the issue.
If you're not using Comodo, please follow the steps in this support article (you'll only need to follow the directions for the first section, since you're using Windows 7).
