My organization has decommissioned our older machines, do we have to deactivate the software before installing in on the newer computers? The old ones are never to be used again and are about the be wiped clean.
Welcome to Heroes. To avoid issues and having to contact support, it would be best to deactivate or uninstall the software. Make sure that the computers are connected to the Internet so that the deactivation is passed on.
