HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am trying to upload a custom skin to a computer that is running articulate software. It was running fine, on the 30 day trial then when we activated the paid for version, the quiz maker and engage didn’t work.  We had already installed a custom skin which was working fine on the 30 day trial version, and initially worked fine on the activated presenter version.  Then one day with no warning and as far as we can tell, no reason, the custom skin just disappeared and the message invalid procedure call or argument arrived!  We are trying to reinstall the custom skin, and it will not reinstall.  We did modify another skin that we use the same day as the first custom skin disappeared.... HELP PLEASE!
