I am working with my entire team and we still can not seem to figure out why our video will play in some browsers but won't play in others. We are posting the files to our own site. The videos work in CHROME but nothing else... also, the entire point of upgrading to studio 13 was to go mobile, but the course won't play the videos on the IPAD... HELP!
First of all, I'm going to recommend that you download the latest update found here.
Let me know where you stand after that upgrade. If you still have difficulty, what kind of video? Are you inserting from a file, embedding from the web, etc?
