ipad html5 AICC - No GetParam being issued

I have been trying to figure out for the life of me why ipads are wiping out the suspend data for my lessons. After a bunch of time perusing debug logs I can see that there is no initial GetParam being issued to pick up where the lesson left off.
The whole support of iPads and iPhones and html5 vs. articulate mobile player is driving me batty. "Best user experience" is kind of a bull phrase. The issue is what is supported and what's not and I am having a hard time getting a straight answer on this.
The lessons seems to move forward just fine. There seems to be some issue with taking quizzes that I am trying to sort out.
The biggest problem at the moment is the inability to resume. Does anyone know what's going on with this?

Are you able to replicate this issue in SCORM Cloud and/or would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?
Have tried to replicate in scorm cloud. Have never had much luck. With that. I can share a package or give someone access. It isn't related to a single unit. I will post a package tomorroe
Still a problem to this day. Lessons published with Presenter 360 AICC and html 5 do not resume reliably on iPhones/iPads. This is an open issue not fixed with the January 21st update. Am posting this here in case anyone else runs into this problem.
