iPad not displaying content

Jan 18, 2016

Hello All,

I have developed a course in engage and imported it into presenter. The course is published for HTML5 but when viewing the course on iPad, its only displayed the course menu  but not the content on the slides.

Thanks

MJ

Hi, Mariama -- Thanks for reaching out with your question! Have you had an opportunity to take a look at the information here in this article on How to Distribute Articulate Presenter Content for Flash, HTML5, and Articulate Mobile Player? And can you confirm that you are testing the published output in the intended environment and are seeing the same behavior there, as well? Please also feel free to share your Articulate Presenter package if you would like us to perform some testing for you.

Hi, Mariama -- I appreciate your patience while I tested your file. If you click on this link, you will see that I experienced the same behavior when I tested on my iPad Air 2, version 9.1. As I would assume that you are meeting the minimum System Requirements, I think it would be best if our Support Engineers took a closer look for you. I will go ahead and create a ticket and submit it on your behalf, and you will be hearing from someone shortly.

We have had this happen too. It is usually an issue in the slide master. If I go in and change the slide master for all the slides this issue goes away after republishing it. I tried removing slide transitions, and animations with no change; but when the slide master was modified the content was magically there! Hope there is a solution to this as I have run into this on iOS devices frequently and have no idea if the file ever worked properly on iOS or if this is a new problem with iOS 9 (we did not identify this issue until after republishing everything to work on iOS 9 since articulate last updated its software) I think this is an HTML5 issue but I have not tried to use a tablet with android as the OS yet to see, I have only seen this problem on an iPad.
