I get this error message 'Articulate Presenter IPC handler could not be loaded'. I have followed all the steps to troubleshoot the problem, but it doesn't seem to be working. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

When you click buttons on the Articulate tab of the PowerPoint ribbon, you may see this error message:
"Articulate Presenter IPC hander could not be loaded."

Hi Kruti- Just wanted to pop in with the resolution from your case here for anyone who may find it useful in the future. It appears the add-ins were disabling in PowerPoint and the solution that worked for you was to enable add-ins when PowerPoint is accessed.
