IPC Handler

Thanks for reaching out here! I see you've been working with our Support Engineers (case #00877573). If you're still seeing this error after following the steps they provided, replying back to them to let them know will be your best course of action so they can assist further. I'll follow along and relay the resolution here for anyone who may find it useful :)

Hi Kruti,

When you click buttons on the Articulate tab of the PowerPoint ribbon, you may see this error message:

"Articulate Presenter IPC hander could not be loaded."

Hi Kruti- Just wanted to pop in with the resolution from your case here for anyone who may find it useful in the future. It appears the add-ins were disabling in PowerPoint and the solution that worked for you was to enable add-ins when PowerPoint is accessed.
