I have a client who needs us to re-publish some older courses developed in '09 to AICC for HACP needs. I cannot get the courses to launch when I test them in our LMS, I just get a blank, white screen.
I've also noticed on the Publish/Reporting tab the Filename(URL): field is pre-filled in with iindex_lms.html - the double "i" is intentional. I delete that and leave the field blank (as I do with '13 also). I manually enter the file path in our system.
I've tested publishing the course in '13 with success, but it will require a lot more work to convert as opposed to just clicking the publish button - therefore costing money.
I have the latest '09 update, is AICC still supported in '09?
Hi Julie, our comapny had the same issue a couple months ago. It had to do with a Java update being incompatible with the last '09 update. Try installing the previous update v6.1303.2214. Also, your URL is likely pre-filling with the extra "i" because that is how it is set up in your master template. Try opening and editing it (I use Notepad to do that). Can't recall which file to edit, but it should be found in this path C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\Presenter\players\template_aicc.
